Brittany Morgan is the Human Resources Manager at Trust Company of Oklahoma. Brittany is based out of the Tulsa office but serves all employees across Oklahoma for TCO. She is a Human Resources professional with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources. She has held the SHRM-CP certification since 2021, which has been instrumental in her ability to navigate state and federal workplace compliance requirements effectively.
With over 5 years of experience in the Human Resources function, Brittany is passionate about building workplace environments where employees feel valued and excited to come to work. She thrives on creating cultures that support growth, collaboration, and success.
Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family including taking an active role in some of her children’s activities, including coaching an elementary cheer squad. She also spends her extra time reading, decorating for upcoming holidays, or spending time with her family’s two dogs.
