EMILY CRAIN

Emily Crain joined TCO in 2017 as a trust officer and was named director of marketing in 2023. Before joining TCO, Emily practiced probate, trust litigation, estate planning, and guardianship at The Allison Firm, PLLC.

Emily’s academic journey is a testament to her intellectual curiosity and dedication. She graduated from the University of Missouri with dual degrees in journalism and history. Her pursuit of knowledge continued at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she earned her law degree and was honored with the prestigious Order of the Barristers award.

Professionally, Emily is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association and a director of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Forum. She has held leadership positions for the Mayes County Bar Association; the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association; the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum; and the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association. She has sat on committees reviewing award applications for the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association for several years.

Emily’s commitment to community service is as impressive as her professional achievements. She currently serves on the boards for the Sunny Dayz Mural Festival and the Edmond Public Schools Foundation, contributing to her community’s cultural and educational development. Her past involvements include leadership roles in the Annie Oakley Society, the Red River Region of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, the WINGS OK, the Cherry Street Farmer’s Market, and the Tulsa Camerata.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys entertaining her two sons. They can be found at local pools and splash pads in the summer and at the science museum and libraries on cooler days. At home, she is often looking for the perfect piece to complete the latest Lego robot creation, reading books, and running around in the yard with the family dog.
