Michael Fogli, MD Discusses Heart Disease Prevention

Trust Company of Oklahoma hosted a snack & learn session about heart disease prevention with Dr. Michael Fogli, MD on Wednesday, March 6.

Dr. Fogli, a cardiologist with St. John Clinic in Tulsa, discussed the major factors contributing to heart diseases and stroke, and answered questions from TCO employees.

He finished his medical training at the University of California School of Medicine, a residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and a fellowship from the same university.

The Snack & Learn meeting with Dr. Fogli was part of Trust Company of Oklahoma’s commitment to supporting the American Heart Association.

Divided into four teams, TCO’s employees have come up with creative ideas to raise funds for the organization, including a St. Patrick’s Day bake sale, a pie in the face competition, and garage sales. As of March 13, Trust Company of Oklahoma’s employees have raised over $9,200 for the Tulsa Heart Walk benefiting the American Heart Association. The Tulsa Heart Walk will be April 20, 2019, at 10:00 am, at ONEOK Field.
