MICHAEL FOGARTY, CFA®
Vice President
Michael Fogarty joined TCO in 2023 as a vice president in the Investment Management division.
He came to TCO after five years as a portfolio manager at Bank of America Private Bank, serving both high net worth and institutional clients. Prior to that, he was at Scout Investments for 14 years, where he served as a mutual fund manager and director of equity research.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in finance from Washington University in St. Louis. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, and is a member of the CFA® Society of Oklahoma. Michael has been actively involved in the CFA® Institute’s Research Challenge and coaching several youth sports teams.
