VICKY BROWN, QKC, QKA®

Vicky Brown joined Trust Company of Oklahoma in July 2007 as a retirement plan compliance associate in the Retirement Plan Solutions division. She was promoted to vice president in 2023. Her responsibilities include compliance, client and participant reporting, ERISA regulated testing, and tax reporting for employee benefit plans.

Prior to joining TCO, Vicky worked in property management and construction accounting for 15 years at American Residential Group, GBR Properties, and Leinbach Company.

Vicky holds the Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC) designation and the Qualified 401(k) Administrator™ (QKA^®) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She is a member of the Tulsa Employee Benefits Group and the ASPPA.
